On September 9, we use our anniversary as an opportunity to discuss how development and humanitarian aid has evolved – from the early days of refugee response during the World Wars, over the iconic Biafran airlift in the 1960s to finding solutions to today’s ever more complex challenges.
Amid geopolitical disruption, global warming, and democracy crisis we look ahead and discuss the future of innovative and effective aid.
